PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

All presentationsmust be in English.

Plenary Lectures will be 40 minutes plus 10 minutes time for questions.

Invited Lectures will be 25 minutes plus10 minutes time for questions.

Oral Presentations will be 15 minutes plus5 minutes time for questions.

Presentations must be set up prior to the beginning of the session. Preferred: Please bring your presentation on a memory stick compatible with a PC computer.
Alternatively: Personal laptop computers may be used, but you must ensure compatibility with the LCD projector prior to the start of the session. Also bring a memory stick as a backup.

Posters Guidelines

The Poster should be in English.

The title should be in bold capital letters. Leave a space and write the authors' names, then leave another space and state the author’s addresses.
The name of the author presenting the paper should be underlined.
There will be two poster sessions:
– Monday: odd numbered posters 
– Tuesday: even numbered posters
An area of 90(width) x 110 (height) cm will be designated for each poster. The posters should be placed in the assigned area the same day of the respective session.

CLAFQO-13 PRIZES

A prize will be awarded to the best poster presentation and to the best oral presentation.
This award is intended for PhD students.  The Scientific committee will assess the poster and oral presentation quality on the bases of the posters or oral presentation appearance, its scientific content, and the way the presentation conveys the essential message quickly and accurate.
